ENTRY FEES: $5 for each contest. We accept cash, check, credit card or Pay Pal. You may pay via Pay Pal or Credit Card online using our secure network (after submitting this application, please navigate back to the Pet Festival page), or contact the SunRiver St. George Community Center: 435-773-4100 or events@swmlife.com to arrange payment.

CUTEST PET: Payment and photos must be received at the SunRiver Community Center by September 24th at 5pm to be entered in the Cutest Pet Contest.​

FASHION SHOW: Applications for the Fashion Show contest will be accepted up to 10 minutes before the start of the contest at the Festival. You may complete the application process here or in person at the Pet Festival.
